tonight holly and mo are having a party. i just spent the last couple hours helping in this endeavor. it should be good times.

the strike started friday. i was surprised at how many people here are anti-union or just plain indifferent. i hope that this strike accomplishes something tangible for the workers. if not at least someone is standing up to the greedy worms here at miami university. it pisses me off. a bunch.

if you would like to learn more about local 209 and their strife...go to miami's library page here ...then click on e-reserves, then select EDL 621, the password is "livingwage". this is the fact finders report...the one miami asked for...it will make you mad. miami university is way shady.

if you go to this school and don't have an opinion about the strike...get one. quickly.
